No deja de ser muy triste ver como ha acabado la que fuera una de las editoriales francesas, de juegos de rol y juegos en general, mas punteras en su momento, pero es lo que hay. Y parece que aún pueden acabar peor.
Gracias a Cargad! y a Namarie, nos enteramos ayer de que la editorial francesa Sans-Detour, tras el fiasco del crowdfunding, en Kickstater, para volver a sacar el juego de miniaturas de Confrontation que originalmente sacaba la también francesa y desaparecida hace años Rackham (Fiasco por su gestión,porque en cuanto a recaudación fue un éxito con casi medio millón de euros recaudados) y declararse en bancarrota el verano pasado, se enfrenta a una demanda colectiva por parte de los mecenas afectados con el añadido de que parece ser que el propio ministerio de Interior galo ha empezado a tomar cartas en el asunto, mandando cartas en francés y en inglés a los afectados, y de esa forma poder orientarlos.
La carta, en inglés, dice lo siguiente:

– « Confrontation — classic The legendary skirmish game » between 04/16/2018 and 05/17/2018 on the website KICKSTARTER.COM.
Inform you that the section F2 of the court of Paris opened a preliminary investigation for breach of trust. This investigation was entrusted to the judiciary police service which has juridiction over the french territory.
The result of the ongoing investigations lead us to invite you to answer to a standard letter «LETTRE CIRCULAIRE» in which you will find a survey and a form you will need to fill if you want to press charges.How and why file a complaint ?

→ If so, copy of your complaint filed in a police station
How can I be compensated ?
After the complaint, as a victim, you can get compensation. As to do so, you need to become a civil party all along the procedure.
If I have already made my statement of claim to the SANS DETOUR’s judicial liquidator ?
The statement of claim to the judicial liquidator is NOT a complaint.
In this procedure, the liquidator can represent you as a creditor but not as a victim.
IMPORTANT : the completed and signed standard letter «LETTRE CIRCULAIRE» must reach us BEFORE the 01/15/2021."
Se veía venir (y eso que han tardado). Sin embargo, mucho me temo que no van a conseguir nada. Sans-Detour está arruinada y hay cola para cobrar. Me da a mí que los pondrán a la cola en el listado de acreedores y ahí se quedarán ad eternum.
